		Water Jet Cutting We provide water jet cutting services for prototyping and regular production runs offering omni directional shape cutting capabilities. Since our water jet cutting service is ideal for heat-sensitive materials, the aerospace and paper industries are among the industries that use our service. Our water jet cutting system produces less distortion and minimum lateral or vertical force in a range of cut materials, including non-ferrous and refractory metals with no micro stresses or cracks. Generating jets of water at an ultra-high pressure of 60,000-psi, the jets can cut materials of thicknesses up to 6 inches. 		Manual Welding Manual welding is one of the primary services that we offer. We perform metal inert gas (MIG) welding and tungsten inert gas (TIG) welding, which offer precision welds with no weld spatter and reduce the need for finishing services. We also offer stick welding. We employ a team of experienced, AWS certified MIG and TIG welders to ensure efficient service and on-time delivery. Our welding services conform to relevant ASME and ANSI standards. Staircases, light structural, metal signage, and gates are among various metal structures that we fabricate. 		Robotic Welding We are a metal fabrication firm offering robotic welding services. Our robotic welding services are supported by state-of-the-art robotic cell with a diverse range of control and manipulation equipment. All robotic welding systems at our facility are equipped to repeatedly perform fast and precise welds, with a positioning repeatability tolerance of +/- 0.003 inch, making them ideal for high-volume production runs. Additionally, our fully synchronized, 6-axis, mirrored welding robot can weld complex assemblies, with its ability to approach the work piece from multiple angles. 		Powder Coating Our powder coating services are offered as a finishing service for our fabricating capabilities. We offer you various types of powder coating, including epoxy, polyester, and hybrid coatings. We are equipped with a spray booth and a batch oven for application and curing of the powder coats on parts that measure up to 72 x 72 180 inches in dimension. Prior to powder coating, we perform washing, grit blasting, and other necessary surface preparation processes. Our powder coating services prevent rust formation, especially on metal structures exposed to harsh outdoor environments.




		Press Brake Press brakes that we use enable us to offer our clients various metal forming options, including punching of metals. Our press brake systems are capable of producing different types of channels, angles, decorative trims, and structural sections. Our presses range in tonnage up to 150 tons, with bed sizes of up to 10 feet and can form sheet metals of thicknesses up to ¼ inch. 		Custom Chimney Caps Custom made chimney caps are our specialty. Made from heavy-gauged aluminized steel, our chimney caps have a rigid, welded construction. We make stainless steel and copper chimney caps also. Our custom chimney caps are available in round, square, or rectangular shapes and are efficiently modeled to keep out stale air, assuring a smoke free environment. We can produce chimney cap of a variety of types, such as multi-flue, single flue, or wind proof, for multipurpose functions.
