We offer product-designing services, which support our fabricating capabilities. Our design and prototyping department uses CAD/CAM systems to assist you in designing products and prototypes.
We are capable of designing complex parts and fabricating them using our in-house fabricating capabilities, which include welding, forming, and powder coating. Our team of skilled design engineers can assist you throughout the design process and ensure that the designed product meets your specifications.
In addition to assisting with the design process, our design engineers also help you to decide on the best in-house fabricating capabilities to be employed in product manufacture. For instance, our design engineers will inspect the parts that need to be robotically welded and choose the optimal robotic welding sequence depending on the complexity of parts. Our design engineers also help in deciding accurate back gauge positioning on our press brakes to ensure precise metal forming throughout the process.
